Men's Winter County Cup
The Bucks Men's team went to Newport to compete in an exceptionally strong Division 2a. The team had a tough start to the event, with some last minute withdrawals due to injury, followed by more injuries across the weekend. On the opening day, we lost 5-4 to Kent, despite winning all three doubles rubbers. Michael took a three set win in his singles rubber, while Brendan narrowly missed out. The doubles is always crucial over the weekend, so it was a good finish to the day. V

For some players it was their first ever senior county cup and for two members of the team it has been an event they have been part of for over twenty five years. Women's Over 35s County Cup
In August our Over 35s team competed at Eastbourne. Our women had narrowly missed out on promotion in 2024, so their ambition was to go one better in 2025. On Day 1, the sun was shining and Caroline kicked off against the Derbyshire No.2 whose heavy slice off both wings was tricky on the lush grass courts of Devonshire Park. After coping with the drop shots, Caroline won in straight sets, followed by a straightforward win by Helen at No.1 singles. Nicki and Louise formed a ne
