Bucks County Tennis has a strong tradition of developing and nurturing some of the country’s best junior players. Despite being a relatively small county, we have an impressive record of consistently developing exceptional individuals on and off the court. All Bucks county players are supported by monthly training with coaches who have experience of working with players of county level and above.

The county has been fortunate to have players who are eager to represent Bucks, often viewing it as a highlight of their junior careers. Many of our juniors have gone on to play professionally, become coaches themselves, compete for British and American universities, or have successfully transitioned into the men’s and women’s County Teams. However, our overarching goal is to ensure that players develop a lifelong love for the game, and make lifelong friendships along the way.

To find out about our County Training Programme, County Team Competitions, The Annual Bucks Junior Awards and how Bucks county tennis fits into the LTA player pathway please see below.

    Bucks Junior Awards

Each year we host the Bucks Junior Tennis Awards at Halton Tennis Centre.

This is a wonderful opportunity for all our 10/11/12/14 and 18 under county players, parents, coaches and volunteers to come together and celebrate Bucks’ tennis year.  It is always special to celebrate with players across all age groups.

Each player invited to county training will receive a Bucks County Tennis t-shirt, and the t-shirt will be presented to them in a county training session during the Autumn term. There is also the opportunity to purchase additional t-shirts or Bucks County Tennis hoodies via the botton below.
